I was looking for a live edge slab to turn a window sill in to a breakfast bar. Andy found exactly what I was looking for, sent photos and arranged delivery. He also provided background and bit of history on the actual tree the slab came from (turns out it was sourced from a tree next to where my wife went to school and spent time as a child).

He supported the delivery of one of our conservation projects near Anstruther to fell and cut material for leaky dams. Rather than buy timber and haul it to site, we had the opportunity to harvest from a nearby plantation. We reached out to Andy, came up with a plan and he supported us through the felling process. They provided us with a comprehensive quote, which highlighted some issues which were missed by other contractors who quoted us, meaning that the quote was accurate with no hidden surprises, and they actually completed the works earlier than expected.

Andy came out to review my trees and addressed issues with branches overhanging an outbuilding and telephone lines. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, and was able to assist on short notice. After the work was completed, Andy and his team ensured all debris was cleared and the area was left tidy. He takes his time and offers great advice on the job. He is good with people, friendly and courteous, always speaking to clients and reassuring them. RTS Forestry engaged O'Neill Trees and Timber Ltd. as a subcontractor on a recent coppicing project which took place across several weeks. Andy and his guys delivered the job to a high standard and his communication was excellent - he let me know in advance who would be on site each day and updated me regularly on progress. All work is carried out to the British Standard for Tree Work (BS 3998). Arisings such as woodchip, logs and other tree debris can be removed from site or alternatively we can leave them for you to use.
