Tree & Woodland Site Clearance

We undertake tree & woodland site clearance work which aligns with our environmental policy and environmental values.

O.T.T. offers site clearance services to sites in the Central Belt with awkward access or where larger machinery can’t operate, whilst also catering for the provision of traffic control measures, elevating work platforms and additional mechanisation as required.

Projects should have appropriate ecological impact survey and mitigation measures in place. We always recommend having a mechanism to reinvest in the local treescape or the wider natural environment following any site clearance work, treating all arising as having value, not just as a waste product.

We welcome the opportunity for ‘Tree Salvage’ – the saving of stems which can be milled into wood products following site clearance operations. Please read our Hardwood Sales page for more information.

All work is carried out to the British Standard for Tree Work (BS 3998). Arisings such as woodchip, logs and other tree debris can be removed from site or alternatively we can leave them for you to use.
